A WORD FROM THE PIG
Yo, piglets, Tiny Fred here. For those of you who don’t know me, I’m the pig of the hour, the one whose handsome face decorates the ‘What’s Happenin’ page of www.3p2c.com, and I bring you tidings of good joy this holiday season with a little advanced news for those of you who’ve joined our mailing list.

This is a catch-all issue as many of you came to us through different lists (i.e. the GWoM, Rogue Review and 3p2c.com mailing lists), so we’re covering all the bases here to let everyone know what’s happenin’! And just so you all know, we’re working on a way to streamline all our company info to cut down on any confusion caused by our multiple monikers, so just know that if you get an email from themasterlist@3p2c.com, you now know why.

BLAM! COMICS BRINGS THE HAMMER DOWN ONLINE
With the way things were shaping up, BLAM! Comics, over all our other ventures, was on a fast track to making the biggest splash in 2005 due to our partnership with Richard Hatch and his Great War of Magellan series (see the GWoM update below). With that in mind, we created a new site to house all of our comic book ventures, and in December blamcomics.com went live. Featuring art and synopsizes of all our upcoming books for the next two years, a GWoM mini site, plus a special web only 7th Millennium comic, BLAM! online will whet your appetite for all the little goodies we’ve got cookin’.

THE CON ARTISTS
And speaking of cookin’, it looks like 2005 is shaping up the be the year we storm the East Coast and spread the flavor, with a confirmed convention stop this February 25-27 at MegaCon in Florida, which, by the by, we are co-sponsoring this year under our BLAM! Comics division. Richard Hatch, creator of ‘The Great War of Magellan,’ our first comic book release, will be there as well to sign the special goody we’ve got cooking for our grand debut.

Rumored stops for the remainder of the year include at least two Wizard World Cons (Philadelphia in June and Boston in September), and possibly a year-end capper on our home turf at the Big Apple Con in New York City this November. While we’re working on finalizing these cons, we already know that wherever we may end up, there will be a brand spankin’ new GWoM book debuting at each one we attend, so stay tuned.

GET YOUR SABRAS ON
For the latter half of 2004 we’ve been teasing you with mere glimpses of Richard Hatch’s Great War of Magellan comic book, the series derived from his Sci-fi universe of the same name. Well, come February 25, we’re going to tease you some more. A whole lot more.

2/25 sees the debut of the THE OFFICIAL GREAT WAR OF MAGELLAN COMIC MAGAZINE: REVENANT. This all around look at the making of the first year of the GWoM comic book features an interview with Richard Hatch on the series; an article on the making of the live action trailer – along with stills from his mini epic; and excerpts from the script of the our coming first release ‘Legacy.’ There is also a preview of our plans for our year one story arc entitled ‘Revenant,’ an abundance of art from comic series illustrator Lucius Romero; and much more from the gang at BLAM! Comics.

This is an item you will not want to miss, and you, you lucky fanatics, get the first shot at owning it before we even solicit to the mass market by heading down to Florida this week. Nowhere else, pork chop. Hey, sun, fun, scantily clad people… and that’s just in the comic books.

ROGUE RENEWED
So, you’ve all seen the keen little site the boys put up some months back, enticing headlines, pretty pictures and whatnot. A quarterly e-mag was promised, monthly updates to boot so that fresh content was introduced even within issues on regular basis. All that’s now gone.

OK, maybe not all of it, or maybe even none of it. OK, yeah, some of it’s stayed.

While we will be updating the online Rogue Review section every month, we’re only giving you one article at a time. You see, we’re saving the bulk of it up for our annual print magazine. A yearly themed review, compiling all the articles and features we’ve given you online, plus ever so much more. Print is dead, you say. But we say there’s nothing like the feel of flipping through a glossed up magazine, almost as good as flipping through a glossed up wo—oops, did I say that out loud?

Uh-hem! In other Rogue News, we are proud to announce our latest crack-head scheme: The Rogue Review Unauthorized Guides. That’s right, piggies, just for you we examine in depth those bits of pop culture that have lacked a good, close examination… ah, in depth… yeah. What are we gendering at without permission? Well, that’s top secret for now, but more news as it comes.

www.roguereview.com

THE “THIS TIME WE MEAN IT” DEPT.
Yes, yes, yes, we’ve been promising you a whoop-dee-doo new mega-website for months now, but our web designer lives in Spain and she’s always complaining about the rain there, and how it falls mainly on the plain. When we ask her what this has to do with our site, she starts saying things in Spanish, the tone of which makes us glad we can’t speak Spanish. It could have something to do with us not getting her all the files she needs to finish, but we doubt it.

OK, OK, OK, here’s the truth: we changed our minds. Not just about Rogue Review (as mentioned above) but about a bunch of things relating to our business. Where we’re going and what we want to do now is fairly different then where we were two years ago when we started planning this venture; and rather than redefine ourselves in mid-debut, we decided to push things back a bit a give ourselves the time we needed to restructure the site and our business.

But late this Spring, you will see a new vision, a new evolution of the 3p2c/BLAM! Entertainment brand. We promise. No fingers crossed this time. The confusion will end!!!!

NEW COMIC SITE UNCOVERED: BUY STUFF!
A secret cabal of BLAM! Comic members have started an online comic store! Just to be nice to them, we are making our advance issues available through them before they hit the mass market, so head on over to comicslop for all your comic and collectible needs!

THE FINAL SQUEAL
So that’s a wrap, pig boys and pig girls. I’ll be paying my next visit to your inboxes before our jaunt down to sunny Florida this February with info on the new BLAM! Blog called The Hammer that we’re setting up to give you all daily updates on our conventional-type activities (and a few other activities). Thanks for signing on, and here’s hoping that you got a chance to roll around in the mud with someone you loved this President’s Day!

Keepin’ my nose to the ground and lovin’ it,

Tiny Fred
